After tooth extraction, it is important to eat soft and easy-to-chew foods to avoid irritating the wound and to promote healing.

Soft foods such as mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese.

Smoothies, protein shakes, yoghurts.

Soups.

Soft cooked pasta, soft bread.

And other soft food.

The following should be avoided:
⚪️Kraukšķīgi and starchy products (chips, nuts).

⚪️Asi or hot foods.

⚪️Pārtikas products with small seeds (poppy seeds, sesame seeds).

⚪️Lipīgi products (caramel, chewing gum)
