Teeth whitening

If a patient’s teeth have lost their natural whiteness over time and have become yellow or dark (for example, due to smoking or coffee), one of the most effective methods for improving the aesthetic appearance of the teeth is teeth whitening. This is a dental procedure in which a special bleaching gel is used to break down the dark pigmentation of the teeth, resulting in a significantly lighter shade of tooth enamel. The patient can choose to undergo the teeth whitening procedure at home using special whitening trays, or in the dentist’s office during a single visit, where the patient’s teeth are whitened using the teeth photobleaching method.
